Food was quite good as always. About our 4th time, or so to eat there. The issues are this: it is incredibly noisy. PLEASE put up some wall hangings or rugs or something to muffle the din, and please turn off the music in the background which no one can hear and just adds to the challenge of visiting with friends at the same table. Honestly -enough of an issue to keep us from coming back. Second, the waiter, who may have had too much to do to be honest, was very hard to understand...

Saj is in the location of the former Middle Eastern restaurant, Mona's, but is a bit more elegant. But it's the food that is the focus. It was my first time, so I followed the lead of the one of our 4-person group experienced with Saj, and ordered a lunch plate, the Yemeni chicken shawarma with a tamarind soda. Went there for the first time and it was great! Took a special person on a first date there and we loved it. The food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding. Will definitely go back.
