This place is so very cool. We sat at the bar. My buddy ordered a tequila drink and it was amazing.The drink pictured in the photo was the beatnik. It was one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had in my life, I’m pretty sure it was incorrectly mixed as it was so smoky/chili flavored I could not drink it. The bartenders were nice but a little aloof. Surprising combinations make for an absolute treat for the taste buds. There is not a bad choice on this menu. We got so full on "starters" that we ended up eating mostly vegetables. Tempura carrots with curried butter...holy cr@p. The fries are duster with some combination of spice I cannot place but loved along with toum sauce (look it up). Went tonight every single thing was absolutely delicious and the bartender was so attentive and kind. Even though we're all still in pain from mardi gras. We had such a great time. I didn't catch their name but everything was totally on point. Loved it. Thank you so much!
