My sister brought me to Seal's Class Act (hole in the wall bar room), to purchase Fish Plates. She had visited the place before and said the food was really good. It was my first time coming to the establishment. My sister knew the cashier and bragged about how great the Macaroni and Cheese tasted. When we arrived the cashier was there but she really didn't know my Sister just by her reaction. My sister knew her through a family member. Anyway I order two Fish Plates. The FB ad that was posted, stated the Fish plates were $12 so I reached the cashier $40. but I was only charged $10 each because she gave me $20 back. She said they are $10 each. We seen the ad on Facebook about what was included with the Fried Fish plates so I never asked. While we were waiting My sister had mentioned to the Cashier how good her Mac & Cheese had tasted. Once I received my Plates we walked to the car. Once inside I opened the plates and we were shocked. There was NO Mac and Cheese. A little scoop of Potato Salad, a scoop of peas, one slice of bread cut in half, and one fillet of Catfish. They were not worth $10. Before we pulled off we asked the cook do they have Mac and Cheese? She said they didn't have Mac and Cheese that's why the plates were $10. The cashier should have mentioned there was no Mac and Cheese especially because it was the main reason we came for the plates. We only received one fillet of Catfish with very small portions. The plates were only worth $8. If they would have mentioned the plates only came with one fillet and no Mac and Cheese, I would have bought two extra fillet's. So all in all the customer service wasn't great, the Fish was fried well but tasted salty. There wasn't even a slice of cake. I don't drink liquor and I definitely won't go there to purchase food again.

Went to a concert with some friends. It is a real juke joint. The crowd was so large the performers Bailey had room to sing. Other than that it was a great time. Good drinks and music!

Very exceptional spot, where grown folks come together and act a fool in a good way,my best place to go on a weekend and dance the night away and have fun with friends and family, and the owner is a nice woman who shares her love with the community.

I remember this space as Winnah's Circle back in the late 80's when I was visiting New Orleans and a DJ on the radio gave it a shout out. Was hella hard to find as the sign was over the door on the inside! Nothing on the outside. Danced ate had a blast...that was 35 years ago and remember the night completely. Still got the cookie.
