The Seaworthy roll is a must and a favorite, and the hot fish dip, leafy greens, and oysters are also good. The Boquerones are crunchy and savory, complemented by a light and bright green goddess dressing. The wagyu burger is juicy and flavorful, while the grilled cabbage steak is smoky, tender, and beautifully seasoned. The fries come with a house-made ketchup that stands out on its own. The staff can be friendly, and there is a great happy hour with oysters half off and cocktails. The interior ambiance is likened to a fancy submarine lounge. However, there was some confusion with an order, and the menu online does not always match the in-person offerings. The rolls are so popular that some people come just to order drinks and the rolls, making it a place that hits all the notes, but it matters what one orders and the pace of the experience.
