We had a great experience with Emily. She was very knowledgeable in making our drinks and in explaining the whole process of making spirits in the distillery. The drinks were delightful . We had a lot of fun with her and we would highly recommend this distillery.

My wife and I stumbled upon Seven Three as a way to spend a rainy day in New Orleans a couple years ago. We both fell in love with the Bywater Bourbon and brought three bottles back home to North Carolina - one for us and one each for two of my good friends. My friends never got theirs, as it was just too good to give away!Fast forward a couple years and I am driving back from Texas with one goal of the trip being to get more Bywater Bourbon. As I got closer to New Orleans traffic on I-10 held me up enough that I was going to get to Seven Three after closing. Knowing it was a long shot, I called and explained my situation and asked if there was any chance someone would still be around after closing. I had the good fortune of reaching one of the distillers, Chris, who said he'd be around late and told me to come on by. I was not only able to restock our favorite bourbon, but also met a true craftsman and one of the nicest human beings ever in Chris.This is a high-quality company with fantastic products and people. Highly recommend!

Emily was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. My partner and I were the only ones on the tour, and got to ask all kinds of questions. The drinks were incredible! Definitely try the cucumber vodka and both Gins.

Excellent tour, can fully recommend. Facility is within walking distance of the French Quarter. Tasting was fun (8 different), tour afterwards was very interesting.

My husband and I came for the Tasting, Tour, and Cocktail class and went on a Sunday afternoon/evening in March. This distillery may be small right now, but it's got a lot of heart. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, with great suggestions for drinks. Our tour guide was Emily, who was absolutely impressive in both her knowledge of the product as well as her teaching ability. She has an obvious genuine interest in the company and the products it produces. Freaking amazing. Definitely recommend giving this place a go for locals and tourists alike.
