Don't let the location of this place fool you. I've eaten here countless times, and while picking up my salad with shawarma the other day, I realized why it's so good. The chef (also owner) was placing the chicken piece by piece on the salad rather than just throwing it on there. I ended up chatting with him and he let me know that he and his family cook at the restaurant just like they cook at home. There is true pride in ownership.
