The small mart café is in the same shop as the Pond Coffee shop. We popped in for a coffee and had a Po'boy with a samosa patty for lunch. This sandwich on toasted bread is delicious. It's got everything you could possibly want - bread, samosas, salad and a tasty sauce. This goes really well with a great cup of drip coffee from Pond Coffee. The place has a great, welcoming atmosphere. I'd for sure come back here again.

Small Mart is a great go-to spot in the neighborhood. Their food is made to order and worth the short wait time. There is a great atmosphere and the art is always changing on the walls. Everyone who works there, including the coffee shop, POND, are always friendly and welcoming.

Kindest staff and best bagels. I’m a super picky vegetarian and they always make sure I have delicious breakfast/lunch. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll never stop! It’s our favorite place to visit. :)

Easy to find using Google maps. About a 10 minute walk from the French Market. Small cafe, super friendly, delicious bagels

Small Mart made for a cozy little breakfast stop. It’s all vegan—so not my usual go-to—but it definitely did the trick. I had the garlic bagel with cream cheese and a latte, and it all hit the spot. If you’re nearby, it’s a great place to grab a quick and satisfying bite in the morning.

This is one of those places you wish was always around the corner from home to be your hangout place. Their vegan bagel sandwich’s were fantastic and their drinks were refreshing. The vibe of this place was super chill.

I waited to review this place after visiting a couple times. Every time was great! The bagels are very good. I’ve tried pumpernickel and an everything bagel. They don’t waste day old bagels by throwing them out like a lot of other places. Instead, they sell their day old bagels for cheaper! If you get it toasted (which why would you not get a bagel toasted anyway?) you can’t even taste a difference. The Norwegian on pumpernickel was amazing!! It’s my favorite!! They also have an awesome menu of cream cheeses and their humus is very fresh. I would recommend to anyone looking for breaksfast, brunch, lunch, or a snack!

The bagels and coffee here were absolutely delicious :D I don‘t usually recommend restaurants, but I highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here visiting from out of town, Bryant made me a stacked bagel sandwich— I’ll let the picture speak for itself, the flavors on this one (crunchy cucumber, avocado, wasabi) went together so well. Thanks a ton and hope to be back!

Hands down the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! One week in NOLA and we’ll come back in the morning for our third Muffuletta and Po-Boy!! Lovely people, amazing food - the perfect place!

Had delicious breakfast sandwiches and bagels including muffuletta special and a vegan egg & cheese. Wait was longish on a busy Saturday but there was a cute popup market outside and great local people watching so we didn’t mind. Would love to come back for the lunchtime sandwiches next time.
