“I recently visited the Smoothie King on Tchop and had an amazing experience thanks to James and Gavin! Now I will mention this is my go to smoothie king because this is the place that always makes it right but the interaction I had with them in particular was different. The energy we kind from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. Even though I made a small mistake with my order, James and Gavin handled everything with understanding and efficiency. My smoothie was made perfectly, unlike many other locations I’ve visited, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They also helped me with my rewards, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor truly brightened my Saturday morning. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to recognize the outstanding service that James and Gavin provide in the food industry. I highly recommend this location!“

“Very friendly staff with prompt service. Product is as good as is expected from Smoothie King. They keep the place very clean and there is plenty of parking. The store is adjacent to the Parks club with an inside door leading straight into the club.“

“Great spot with nice workers. Only leaving four stars for food because I really with they would add the Legendary Protein Pastry’s I’ve seen at other smoothie king locations around the area. If you like lifting weights I recommend the Gladiator Chocolate with Peanut Butter and Banana. Low carb and high protein.“

“This has to be the best Smoothie King experience I have ever had. Mr. Cook and his staff were so kind and polite. His store screams perfection. From the precisely fronted shelves and all the explanations of each drink. I have to say he deserves way more than 5 stars. I drove 2hrs for a doctors appointment and I get here and they tell it is for tomorrow. So I was down & bummed out leaving and as soon as I walked into Smoothie King, I was greeted with a bright ray of sunshine and a smile. Mr. Cook. Thank you.

Dietary restrictions: As long as you make them very clear and AWARE they can modify to your needs if they can offer what the company supplies.

Kid-friendliness: All options are kid friendly as long as they don't have specific allergies. It's also a great way to introduce new fruits and especially vegetables. It also teaches them that a snack doesn't necessarily have to be takis or junk. Smoothie King offers different delicious options. I have enjoyed everything that I have tried since they have been around.“

“The staff was super friendly and helpful, and made me laugh. One young man suggested The Hulk, and I enjoyed it. The music was good. Just a great environment when I stopped in stressed from going to the dr, it was a really nice break from life. Give the staff bonuses!“

“For a conference like ours they were great. Mostly women attend so they switched the bulk of mens rooms to ladies. But there were not enough food concessions open so lines were loooong. A bit chilly inside, but everything ran smoothly, sound and lighting was great.“

“When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“Wow, a 10/10 experience at the Smoothie King in downtown New Orleans! I had to share my experience. I was so impressed with the exceptional service we received from Gavin and manager Kelley.
When we placed our order, we had several dietary restrictions and allergies that made it a bit complicated. Gavin was so incredibly patient and careful, making sure to note every detail and prepare our order with the utmost precision. Honestly, I'm pretty sure he took more notes than I did in my college chemistry class, which I really appreciated!
After we ordered, we went outside to wait, expecting a bit of a delay due to the special preparation. To our surprise, a few minutes later, Kelley came out and found us to personally deliver our smoothies! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and we didn't have to wait around.
The whole place was incredibly clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the service was super fast. This location is an absolute gem. If you're in the area and need a delicious and perfectly prepared smoothie, you need to stop by and see this team!“

“Made a visit to Smoothie King on St Charles nice location well kept store employees are polite but my order was wrong and all of the PB swizzle in return I'm not sure what I got I noticed Swizzle include strawberries I received none in the smoothie that was at the bottom was very liquidy as if it was over processed I had some type of reddish type of dried fruit I believe or something that I did not expect to be on the swizzle was disappointed cuz my mouth was ready for what I ordered nevertheless I continued home I was on a Time crunch.“

“Felicia gave me my best Smoothie King experience ever today! From start to finish, she was so kind, plight, & positive. Y’all are lucky to have her in the team. I hope she’s running the window next time I pull through! Also, my smoothie was great, per usual. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I LOVE NOLA cuisine but it was hard to find a variety of good fruit and vegetable options on the menu at most places, even a salad. When we did order salads there was lack luster romaine lettuce and some sorry tomatoes. Cue Smoothie King which saved our digestive tracks! Praises!!“

“I ordered through Door dash, got me a crazy big smoothie with a ton of stuff in it (trying to make healthier choices) and it is really good. None of the flavors are over powering. I really like how they use this sticker thing to cover the opening and tapes the lid down so you know it wasn't messed with. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.“
