Smoothie King

First time ordering an açaí bowl from this location and I am highly disappointed. It tasted like she poured half a bottle of honey in the bowl. I was barely able to eat it because it was too sweet and overpowered the fruit. It was thick and syrupy. Bowl was not filled like properly especially for the price you pay. No more bowls for me from this location. 🫩

It was quite busy and the one of the employees were publicly making fun of someone who was waiting for their smoothie. Ridiculously unprofessional. The person stepped out and she got louder with the comments, but when the lady stepped back in she just kept going in the same tone.

I've worked years in retail and I get how it can be, but publicly mocking someone loudly is wild.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. Devyn and Jada are always pleasant with me and they're amazing. The store was clean and well-organized, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. I really appreciate the welcome from Devyn because im always in a rush for work and I visit twice a week.

Smoothie had fruit flies in it. When I showed her the flies, she told me I put them there. She told to leave her store and told me her fruit flies were good for me. Will be contacting the health department

I am here arrived at smoothie King Lakefront Suite 811 and it is currently not open. However, the store is to open up at 7 AM. It is now 715 and the store is still lockdown. This is bad for business.

The workers treated me with good customer service. My smoothie was good but, the cup had smoothie wasting down the side of it. I liked how i was welcomed when i walked in.

Kid-friendliness: The smoothies will keep your kids with energy and will fill them up. The employees are positive and make sure you are delighted

Just nasty. My drink tastes like just ice and barely any flavor. Rushing the orders out is not worth it if it tastes nothing like it supposed to. Yuck!

Horrible customer service. Ordered my smoothie through the app waited ten minutes. Went to go get it and it wasn’t made yet.

Purchased a smoothie today and had a coupon for a 20oz and the lady told me the manager do not honor those and it’s clear as day with their location. I was told the manager don’t accept them since they’re now under new management. What does that have to do with anything. You still carry smoothie king name. ?won’t be back and I always go

When i went there today I didn’t like how hot it was in there and the employees was working hard & sweating and one of the young ladies that was working looked like she was going pass out.
