Just nasty. My drink tastes like just ice and barely any flavor. Rushing the orders out is not worth it if it tastes nothing like it supposed to. Yuck!

Purchased a smoothie today and had a coupon for a 20oz and the lady told me the manager do not honor those and it’s clear as day with their location. I was told the manager don’t accept them since they’re now under new management. What does that have to do with anything. You still carry smoothie king name. ?won’t be back and I always go

If I could give zero stars I would. If you're looking to spend money at a place where the employees don't speak, don't say hello when you walk in or have a good day when you leave, this is your smoothie king. I used to work at a smoothie king back in college and my experience today at this location was shocking. No greetings, no customer service just bad. I think I've been here 3 times over the past year and it's the same every-time. I think this store should be shut down or clean house and start over. How does a smoothie king have 2 stars???? With all that said the smoothies are consistently ok.

I LOVE the açaí bowls. They are a bit expensive, we paid $26 for 2 of them, but it did taste very good! This one is the Berry Goji Getaway Bowl.

Went into the store to order a smoothie. 1 person leaving store with their smoothie. The employee in the store informed me it would be 20 minutes before I could be served. I would have waited but had an event I had to attend. Not sure why it would be 20 minutes when no one was in the store

Drinks are good but the hours on the site are not accurate. My husband went at 6pm yesterday to get me a smoothie and they were closed. Updating the hours on Google would be helpful.
Terrible service, always slow or closed at weird hours. Every time I go in there it’s at LEAST a 20-30 minute wait. One of the worst ones in the city for sure AVOID.

So this was my first Smoothie King experience and I was pretty surprised. It is more on the health conscious side- my man thought it was another daiquiri place, fyi no alcohol is served here. Lots of whey protein options, so it reminds me of a gym smoothie bar. There are LOTS of options but I’m not sure if they have any non whey protein options. I will have to try a all fruit or green smoothie. This place reminds me of. Jamba Juice except more creamy smoothies/protein focused. I kindof wish it had the options for wheatgrass shots like Jamba did. Although, I’m not sure how well it would sell here?

I was second to order out of 5 customers and I was the last customer to receive my smoothie after 25 minutes! There was 5 employees rushing for closing rather than getting customers out of the store! Once I received the smoothies my fiancé smoothie had big chunks of ice after I was the last person to receive my smoothies! I really wanted a refund due to the lack of effort the kids gave to making the smoothies plus I tipped them way before I even received anything! I wish I didn’t do that either, I basically tipped them to give me bad service.

I went to smoothie king yesterday and I ordered a vanilla Hawk with no bananas and I waited 20 minutes to get my smoothie and they did not give me what I wanted they gave me a strawberry Hawk with bananas it was close to closing time so I didn't even say anything or I didn't even bother giving it back because they would have made me wait 20 more minutes just to get one smoothie. They had three people in there working and only one person was making the smoothies.
