We might have had an exception to their normal service but we were forgotten not once, which I could overlook, but twice. The first time she was extremely apologetic as we sat there for 10 minutes after her taking our drink order before one out of three came. We had to remind her of the others which she brought immediately. Then we ordered a second drink before our food came and our waitress brought it over after we were done with our meal. And we were done for at least 5 minutes; maybe longer. This time she didn't even say anything. The shrimp Benedict was awesome though!!

Beautiful atmosphere. Food was wonderful and perfectly portioned. The grilled chicken as a salad topper was juicy and delicious. Service was a little slow but our server was kind and very sweet.

The short ribs & the chicken were delicious but the true star was the crawfish dip!! We went for my birthday on a recommendation & it was truly a delightful dinner experience. Our server, the bartender, and the rest of the staff were all very nice and made the evening very pleasant. We will definitely be coming back, and with more people next time :)!

Really really good! We had the gumbo with potato salad instead of rice, sound's weird, but it was really good. I also had the shrimp tacos, very good! a little difficult to eat, but very good! Service was excellent as well, we will be back!

The hostess made inappropriate comments. The server was nice enough but kept forgetting things and had to be asked several times. The food did not taste good; specifically, the crawfish omelette was chewy and smelled bad. We had to make a reservation for Saturday brunch but the restaurant was mostly empty at 11AM (our time slot) & many tables were left dirty from previous guests.

Our party arrived on time for our noon reservation on a Saturday. There were two parties of four in the restaurant upon our arrival (basically empty). We were seated immediately and we ordered drinks and food. Our drinks arrived 45 mins later, and the food arrived over 1 hour after placing our brunch orders. The food was bland, room temperature, and had no flavor. We will not return.

The staff was very friendly. They were my favorite part of the dining experience. The only complaint was the speed of service was pretty slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a while and it took more than average to get our food to the table.

Our waitress was attentive and lively. The food and drinks were both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Great portion for the price. Overall we were very pleased, the waitress even brought us shots for the bachelorette trip we were in town for. Highly recommend!

A rough day at the office for this establishment. Poor communication from the waitress from start to finish. Very little knowledge of the menu. All the food was ok. My party ordered appetizers and entrees to share and nothing stood out as good. We expect better top to bottom. Hope this is soon resolved or this place won't exist for much longer.

Attached to W hotel. . We made a 7:00 reservation on a Thursday night. Place was almost empty. We were sole diners but people at the bar. Menu was scaled down version of what was on web site with no Cajun or Creole dishes. Service was ok and food was ok, but neither great. To be fair it was July, so not their tourist season.

We went on a Sunday when they do the burlesque brunch, and we had the best time! Bella Blue was wonderful and so entertaining! The restaurant itself was beautiful, and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The short ribs were to die for! So tender and juicy. I wish it could've had another little ladle of gravy for the potatoes but other than that, delicious! The service was amazing as well! So friendly!

Dinner: The chicken was extremely dry. The gnocchi was super dense and chewy, not fluffy and light. The carrots were undercooked. Breakfast: The crawfish omelet was super small and under seasoned. The glasses were all covered in finger prints and lip stains. Also, it seems like the staff were lacking basic knowledge on how to make a hot chocolate. There was a lot of back and forth on some saying they could make it and others saying no. Throughout both meals we were attacked by gnats, constantly swatting them away and picking them out of our food during the meals. Overall, seriously disappointed. As a titanium member, I won't be eating in the restaurant again.

Went for the Eggs and Legs Sunday brunch and was not disappointed. Dancer was very engaging and fun. Bottomless mimosas added to the fun time we all had. Highly recommend. A little tip.....ask to be seated in the BACK main dining room towards the front where the dancer does a lot of her performing. She does work the entire room but you see more up front.
