Food holds its own for the Bourbon Street location. Drinks are solid. Bar staff is knowledgeable and greeter was very friendly and efficient. Music acts are familiar and so fun!!

Our 5th visit to this place. The atmosphere is good, the music groups are really good, but I was disappointed that they added credit card fees when we paid cash and on top of that they charge 18% tip.I wouldn't come back there again because of this.

I don’t have high expectations on Bourbon, but I was disappointed here. The sweet woman(only redeeming quality of the place) who served us was sat tables back to back and handled it as well as she could, as the same front door guy just waddled around and ignoring how slammed he just made her. We ordered a Mule- pretty simple. It was hard to drink and we didn’t order another one. The jalapeño cheese appetizer tasted like it came out of a frozen box and the Gumbo out of a can. We were actually just curious bc we watch Bar Rescue, so we did get an experience even if it wasn’t expected, and again, the bar is low. The music was entertaining, the draw of the customers for sure.

Freezing cold day on a Tuesday. We walked in (yes, I had my drink from a prior bar) and was immediately told we had to order or leave. The place had about 10 people in it. I understand they have overhead and staff to pay, but give me at least a couple of minutes, maybe a couple of songs, to decide if I want to stay and order. The band was actually good, the server seemed nice, but we left because of the pressure to make a quick purchase. Went a couple of doors over to Tropical Isle, enjoyed that band, finished my drink and ordered a drink from them instead. Just an FYI, no piano, band instead.

This was our first stopping point on Bourbon Street. I know of this place from Bar Rescue and wanted to see if the bar still was around and doing well. Bar was clean and jazz music was heard throughout our visit. I'm not a fan of live music, but this jazz band had it down. They made me question my mind and their entire set was a laundry list of songs that were catchy and likened it to a small concert hall. Servers were professional and attentive. During our visit we ordered the taste of New Orleans since it was a smaller portion of a good majority of the stand-alone entrees. The shrimp etoufee was amazing, red beans and rice was killer and the gumbo was delicious. The drinks were delicious and fun. This was a great place to kick off a night of and I will definitely return for more. Restrooms were clean and well stocked, that's always a plus.
