I had high hopes for this place, I paid $44 and some change before tip for a slice and a full pie. I thought the pie would be better than the slice because it would be fresh. Imagine my family’s disappointment when I got home and noticed the entire pizza was burnt.

Had an amazing pepperoni pizza pie last week - and I'm from Brooklyn where we have the top rated pizza in the country - BUT I went in the following day - order a plain slice - that arrived the size of my palm - luke warm where are the server thought it was cute to use her bare hands and toss on some fresh garnishes - Weil gleefully charging me six dollars and $.50 for one tiny little slice of plain cheese pizza I won't get into details but this was the most obnoxious thing I've ever seen and/or encountered

I’ve only ever eaten from the take out window and it kills every time! Today though I went in and had my first sit down experience…. Tbh whole pie was aight. Like not as crispy as the to go window… but I’m giving it a high rating cause the waitress was amazing. She had great energy and gave extra hot honey to take home. She has straightish hair and gold swirl earrings…. If she is not married… she can look me up and shoot me an email cause ultimately I think she’s super hot :p lol jk but fr

Honestly…. It must’ve been a bad night but still disappointing for $35 for a pizza. The whole pizza was burnt from top to bottom. You can barely chew through a second slice. All of our jaws were hurting afterwards lmao.

I absolutely love this place, but today I just had to share how they truly made my day. I came in after a rough day — probably looked like it too — and as always, they were kind, consistent, and just wonderful. I went in for my favorite combo: a slice of tomato pizza and a Diet Coke. The slices were a little smaller today, so they gave me an extra one — and little did they know, that small act completely turned my day around. ❤️
There’s nothing better than your favorite pizza and genuinely great service to turn a frown into a smile. 20/10, always recommend! 🍕✨

Busy place, has to join a line ouside to order. We got three slices of pizza to go, one cheese, and the others were pepperoni. It was thin crust so I like that. The pizza was kind of burnt though, so be prepared.

Went to the Tavern. 2 seats were available at the bar. No open tables. This was around 530pm on a Saturday. Turn around seems to be about 1 hour per table so you should try to show up on the hour. Bar service was great. Food was amazing. Had the chopped salad, fries, and the sausage pizza. Fries were the best I have had in a while. The salad is expensive, but it is large and has high quality meats and cheeses. Pizza was great and they do a good job with their sausage (soft and flavorful). The whole menu looks great and everything is probably worth a try. Went back and will go on to recommend the Tomato Pie. Definitely a sleeper. Fries were as good as before. The Cesar salad is good, but the Italian chopped salad is superior. If you want pizza this should be high on your list. Went back again. Had the bianca pie. It's good, but I strongly prefer the tomato or sausage pie. Had a pasta for the first time there. The Rigatoni and sausage was incredible. The soft serve had a great flavor, but was little too icey in texture. I would get a different dessert next time.
