Really great service! I went to Starbucks looking for the Discovery Series Espresso Cups (the small ones, not the big ones), and the barista went above and beyond—not only did she find some in the back for me, but she even stocked more on the shelf. Who does that these days? I was blown away by the kindness and effort.

Great attitude, great location, no line—super impressed. If you’re a Starbucks mug collector, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!

Very slow. There was no line when I walked in, so I ordered right away. There were five employees working. It took them 20 full minutes to get my order of one coffee to me.

The barista that’s working right now 2/1 8:11 am ! Hands down best Starbucks I’ve ever had ! Every drink was made with perfection and a smile !! She deserves a RAISE ! Employee of the year !

Can't handle a conference. Placed in person order and waited an over an hour to get order was told 15-20 mins. Got half my order and individual walked off had to wait for them to get back to finish the order. Employees gave canned answers and couldn't give an ETA.

The slowest Starbucks you will ever go to. Wait time on the app said 20+ minutes day 1… took 45 minutes, day 2 the wait time now says 95 minutes and there’s no way to cancel my order. There will not be a day 3 update.

Empty shop at 7:30 in the morning, 2/3 employees scrolling on phones didn't even look up while I waited at the register. Cashier went back to scrolling as soon as she handed me the receipt. Sandwich was made fast, no problems there. I felt like I had to stare at the coffee person just to get her to put the phone down and make a coffee. Think she took it badly because my coffee was weak and watered down. For $12 coffee and microwaved breakfast sandwich this was pitiful.

It is your typical Starbucks restaurant. The workers were fast, even though there was a bug line, they handled the situation well. They had quite a bit of dust on the furnitures, but overall the place was clean. The products were spit on, no issues with our order what so ever. Everything tasted fine.

I stayed at the Marriott Warehouse District property while working the 2024 Essence Music Festival of Culture. Every morning that I did stop in to grab a quick bite or drink the staff was top tier.

Mykia Green, Na'Ire Brock, Wynter Williams, Kati Freeman were all phenomenal in every sense of the word. Their energy, great spirit, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Every time I did stop in to grab something, I was met with a smile and great service. These ladies were a great start to my days and it set the standard for positivity throughout the rest of my days working.

I highly advise visiting this location and asking for any of the ladies I mentioned above if you want great service!

They were not prepared for SmileCon, and then around lunch employees were on their phones and not polite. A bunch of left order drinks from the people who never got their orders as they took too long.
