Poor. This particular store is hands down the worst in the city of New Orleans. Do not come here or order thru Uber Eats or Door Dash. Run. Manager Is very disagreeable in communication conflict resolution. Matter of fact, he exacerbates the situation with mannerisms and inflection of tone. There is always an issue with the baristas on order expedition and service. These are only a few of the issues that should be addressed with a regional manager or higher ups. This not only impedes the Starbucks bottom line for revenue and the store level because of leadership and the teams lack of accountability for their part how they treat others. According to the reviews, I'm not the only person complaining. Nola is a small town and word of mouth spreads fast. Go to the uptown location on magazine and state or by the universities. Run far away from this store. Gross incompetence and lack of mitigation of risk. Fire the manager or put him into a program of anger management training.

After our morning walking tour of some historic sites, we stopped here for a late morning coffee break and to sit for a while. We used the wifi. Looked at the food for sale but did not buy.

this morning’s drink I ordered on door dash was absolutely horrible. was supposed to have five shots, didn’t taste any shots at all. very weak, watered down. “honey apple crisp latte” tasted like crap. do better.

By far my favorite Star Bucks in the city the people who work enjoy what they do and go above and beyond to make sure you're odder is done write and taste amazing well done on my passion fruit lemonade ? in the afternoon and ice coffee in the morning if make uptown please go by and experience true customers services and taste coffee and tea.
