I want to give this hotel 5 stars so bad! The staff was all friendly and helpful. The M lounge is one of the best I've ever seen, breakfast was delicious but we had dinner reservations so I didn't check out the evening snacks. (I think it's worth the upgrade if you're not Elite). Also, the views are lovely from many rooms, and the location is perfect. But.. the rooms need updating sooooo bad. When I first went to this hotel, it was two years ago, and I fell in love with it. Went here this year for Christmas and it was nice to be back. The front desk associate upgraded our room because I was an elite which was nice of her. when we arrived to our room, the room was a bigger king room, which was good, but the bathroom was very small. Great selections of items that you can orderThey also serve a great breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. They also have nightly desserts and a small buffet. Today we were early and we were able to order off the m club menu. We enjoyed our choices and found the lounge to be friendly, well lit , clean and well stocked. Great get away from the lobby crowd.
