I went to this subway last week on Saturday I placed an order online went in the store and they were making my sandwiches the were being racist the manger on duty had the black girl only serving blacks while she served only her kind so I stood up while they made my sandwiches and as I’m standing there I see the girl making my food with a bloody bandage the manger arm and shirt kept hitting my sandwich so I requested a refund for them to tell me they don’t hand out refunds I had to wait for the manger over them I did just that went to talk with him only for him to be so rude and mean and give me a number that doesn’t work for their customer service so not only did I not get my food I lost out on my money this is unacceptable subway needs better communication that whole experience made me don’t want to eat from them anymore

I ordered frome this store today online for pickup only for my daughter to be told I placed an order for a meal but did not pay. I produced my order confirmation , email reciept and previous orders for the exact same thing. The store manager as he claimed to have been was rude and had zero reasoning as well as customer service skills. He refused to honor the fact that despite the fact the recipes say cookies and drink. He refused to give me a refund saying he could not. Saying they could not contact someone higher or a subway support to verify. I hate to say this but I try dearly to support entreprenures and business owners knowing this is a franchisee store but please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere you are not valued here. And to make it worse the one person in the store a young lady a new hire could see I was correct. She did call me 2 hrs later to say I was correct and she verified it. Not knowing however my having to come back there resulted in me getting a nail in my tire whereas had they did the right thing the first time.

I just stopped at Subway and when she asked if I wanted a combo, I said yes please with a 32 ounce soda. (This is new Orleans the sizes aren't on display where you can grab them). And she said I don't know what ounces drinks are. Okay I say it's either medium or large. (Not long ago 32 was large at subway).
She holds up a medium and I say that's the one. Then she says it again. I don't know what ounces drinks are. So I'm like "uhh well now you know".
And she says. Well the box for the large says 40 ounces. And I say medium is 30 and small is 20. It's 20 30 40.
And she says it again. I don't know what ounces drinks are.
I couldn't press no tip fast enough.
Counter was clean and the sandwich was okay and exactly what I asked for.

Good location. They had this one lady there that seems confused on how to make sandwiches. She must of just started. However there's a sista there that does a superb job making your order and clearing up the order mess of the other person. The other person has to redo mine like 4 times. If it wasn't for the sista I would of left and never went back. Location is good and they be busy.
