Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 3:05pm, when I got to the restaurant, the door was locked. Trying calling four different times and waited around for 20 mins before I left, trying to get a hold of customer service to get a refund.

Super happy with my sub and the service. Service was fast and attendants were polite. The store was clean and the guests appeared happy. I was here on Thursday and decided to return today.

Awful place, walked in waited to be served girl just sat behind counter talking on her phone we still waited then she cough into her hand and we still waited that was enough we turned and walked out.

1st time I placed an online order for a footlong, they only gave me a 6in. 2nd time I placed an online order, the app said they were making my food and it was ready at the time I selected. Went over there and doors were closed. Called and no answer. I guess the posted time don't mean anything.

This Subway shop is close to Canal Street, thus convenient to the CBD and not far from the French Quarter. It was quiet when I visited on a Friday, early evening, so no line, quick service. My foot-long cheese steak sandwich was typical of this chain, tasty and reasonably-priced.
