Awful phone service. Well, they answered the phone which is better than two other locations I previously called. I called to ask if they had the new hot honey sauce sandwiches that's being advertised everywhere and the young lady said no. I asked when they expected to get the new sandwiches and she just hung up. No good day, no good bye, just hung up in middle of conversation.

I would give this location a 1 out of 10, their food is akways not fresh and they add enough!! when I asked for a fresh tomatoes, the employee gave me that look and argued that they are fresh! but they aren't! When i asked for a fresh lettuce because they look dull with brown edges the employee showed some attitude and checked me out without a smile!! I will definitely not go back to this location 😒

The young lady was fantastic. The male person was less to be desired. I asked for more veggies and said I would pay, he said I couldn't. As we paid out , my wife ask for thier names to give young lady kudos for giving proper customer service. When the male proceeded to be angry and talk to her in disrespect. Really... it's just making food .

Me and my son wasn’t happy .. the lil meat on the sandwiches was rubbery.. they didn’t greet us when we walked in nothing looked fresh and the workers looked trifling
Every time I come here I have nothing but issues. They batch and moan about making a sandwich but what’s the whole point to work there. Very rude and disrespectful to the customers. If I could give this place a zero, I would.
