What happened to this place I came in here to get my sandwich, the tables were all dirty, the bathroom was disgusting the soap dispenser had fallen between the wall and sink. There was nothing to dry your hands with the commode was filthy. Trash was overflowing and the drink station was filthy.

I used to like this Subway but I think their management recently changed. Put in an online order and went to pick it up at the designated time. When I got there, my order wasn't ready and I had to wait about 10 minutes. The guy working the counter also put on the wrong type of mayo, even though I let him know to use light mayo in line. I didn't bother correcting him because he clearly did not care and wasn't in a rush. Bad service.

RUDEST WORKERS EVER!!!! do not ever come to this location. I ordered an footlong pretzel, worker failed to tell me they were out of the cheese sauce, then proceeded to give me honey mustard sauce which i am allergic to!

Gentleman behind the counter seemed VERY inexperienced; unfortunately, he was the only employee in the building. When I opened my salad at home, I realized it had no lettuce.

I walked in and let him start making it and had to walk right out. He’s talking on his phone the whole time. I’ve already said what sandwich, what cheese.. and he’s asking me again because he was too busy on his phone. I watched the way he tore the cheese in so many small pieces and go to toast it when I didn’t say to nor did he ask. Absolutely the worst subway you’ll come across

Sometimes they have veggie patties and sometimes they do not. There is a particular sandwich artist who always says they do not have them. When I come back a few days later and there is another person working then they have them.. this occured most recently on April 3rd at 4:00 PM. Does he not want to make them? Do you not stock them? There are many vegetarians in New Orleans so I don't understand this from a business stand point. You have lost my business three times. Eventually, I will stop coming to play the sandwich lottery.
