I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was not fresh at all, and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. The vegetables looked old and the bread was not as soft as it should be. On top of that, the workers were rude and did not seem to care about customer service. They rushed through the order and had a bad attitude when I asked questions. I usually enjoy eating at Subway, but this visit was not a good experience. I hope management looks into this and improves both the food quality and customer service.

I came from out of state during Mardi Gras and stopped at this Subway, which at first felt like any regular location with a slightly dirty but manageable atmosphere, but the experience quickly went downhill.
The man who took my order greeted me awkwardly, and although making the sandwich went fine, the checkout was a mess because he repeatedly insisted I had no coupons even though I had a national free footlong reward, and he only stopped denying it when he turned the register screen toward me and I saw it with my own eyes, which made it clear he had been lying! I was hungry and didn’t want to argue, so I paid and sat down, but the tables were only somewhat clean and the tuna footlong I ordered was warm and mildly sour, which I tried to ignore because I was starving.
Everything became worse when I went to the restroom, which was filthy, smelled terrible, had no hand soap, no toilet seat covers, and a dirty sink and mirror, making it feel completely out of line with basic public health standards. Not long after eating, I got stomach sick with diarrhea that lasted through the day and continued afterward, ruining the rest of my Mardi Gras trip because I could not enjoy any of the amazing food New Orleans is known for and ended up surviving on liquids.
Between the dishonesty, the poor hygiene, the questionable food handling, and the overall lack of care, I would not recommend this Subway at all, and if you really want Subway, you should go to a different location or better yet eat locally instead.

The hours are listed as 8am-9pm. I went this morning at 8:30 and it was still closed. I knocked on the door and called the phone number, but no one answered. Simply shameful.

The family that runs this place make the sandwiches to- THEY ARE FRUGAL🙁 and it shows! Pathetic veggie sandwich with exactly 6 leaves of spinach ( I am not joking!)-the lady counted out my veggies and made the WORST vegetarian sandwich we have ever had. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER

The 2 people that work there don't speak English. I asked multiple times what sauces had dairy in them so I could avoid them due to my allergy. While I was eating my sub I checked the ingredients list and there was cheese and milk in the sauce they gave me. They refused to make me a new sub so I just left. What a bunch of idiots.

I walked into this empty Subway and of the four tables, two were dirty. Even tho there was an Bunn iced tea machine, they had no tea. The soda machine was not fully working and no water open existed. Bathroom was out of order. Clearly, this place has no management in place or that person is very ineffective.

I got a tuna sub as a pescatarian, and my brother got a vegetarian sub. The food was ok(it's a subway) but the service was a little bit of an issue. They missed adding cheese and I somehow missed that they missed it until I started eating. Overall it was decent but somewhat bland. I can't say anything about the atmosphere, again, it's a subway.

Add-ons looked like they've been out of the fridge for days. Tomatoes were falling apart and the lettuce was turning brown. Asked if they had any fresh items and was told no. Walked out with the sub half made. UNACCEPTABLE !

Walked in tried to order food whoever was behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked what the special of the day was he said there was none. I said how about the buy one get one free and he said I had to go outside and use the app to order. I feel like I was treated poorly did anybody who shops here is just crazy. There are much better places in the French Quarter that sell sandwiches at better prices and better quality and this Subway is certainly not one of them. I for one will never step footing their door again this place should be shut down and turn into something better like a souvenir shop

Pay attention to what they charge ordered a combo and was charged $18 and some change. They charged for every separate thing. I always thought a combo price included a drink and bag of chips. Not at this one.

The counter girl who made my sandwich was very nice. Everything was perfectly made. Customer after me was acting belligerent and she still kept her composure as he was being incredibly unkind and argumentative. Will come back to see your professional employees again.

The guy at the counter was very polite and greeted me as soon as I opened the door. That doesn’t happen as often these days!The bread was so fresh and the ingredients were very tasty as well.
