I wish I could rate this location zero stars. I placed an online order through the app, same as always.When I arrived to pick up my order an employee notified me that the toaster was broken and she couldn't fulfill my order OR offer a refund. Absolutely perplexed and after more probing, I asked to speak to her manager. The lady I was speaking to identified herself as the owner. I asked for her name. She hesitated to tell me. I still don't understand the name she said as she mumbled it and had a very heavy accent. Anyhow, this franchise owner had me under the misguided impression that Subway didn't offer refunds.I knew this was untrue because I received a refund from Subway before, from this same exact location years ago! I even told her so. Then after talking in circles, I finally figured it out. And it wasn't that this Subway owner COULDN'T offer a refund, she WOULDN'T offer one. She told me that customers get a refund from her, then still call their bank and also collect a refund from their bank.She told me to cancel my online order (which I can't do because that's not an option on the app). I told her I can't cancel the order, the app thinks the order has been fulfilled. So she told me to call my bank and file a claim and get the refund from my bank. All because this lady thinks I'm trying to pull an okie doke and get refunded twice--once from her and again from the bank. Which I had no intention of doing, the thought hadn't even crossed my mind. The best part is thatall of this aggravation was for $20!I feel bamboozled; having paid for a service I didn't receive and could've been persuaded to acquiesce with a cookie and an apology. I received neither. The owner of Subway at 4708 Paris Avenue is terrible, and unfit to represent Subway. I will never go back to that location.

The 2 young ladies that served me Thursday the 27th of May 2023 when I went there for lunch was so pleasant and attentive not only to me but everyone before me, and after me as I noticed while I was there. I was so impressed, that I wanted to take their picture and post to make note of it.

I just want to let it be known that these two young ladies pictured greeted me when I walked in the door, and were attentive to not only the people ahead of me, but the ones that came in behind me. We had a good time, and they were attentive to how they prepare the food And their hygiene practices. Thanks for an awesome experience on my lunch break the first at this location in sometime.

I don’t think I have ever been to place where they weee upset that customer wanted to order and spend money. Not only did she play on her phone and eat a cookie with a attitude before making the sandwich, she just set the sandwich on the counter and didn’t say anything.
