Excellent desserts and great service. However, the owner desperately needs to consider having two employees working the dessert counter. Having one employee making drinks and preparing desserts for patrons creates an unnecessarily long queue and overwhelms the worker on duty.
This store appears to be a French patisserie, yet offers nothing from an authentic one. The cashier is super friendly, and I love the overall atmosphere. The desserts look inviting, but I should have left them untouched in the showcase. I strongly disagree that the products are overpriced, because the nid d'abeille, for example, is so generously stuffed with 99.99% pure sugar that you can easily take an image of sucrose crystals from it with a SEM.
