The food, the music, the people! It was an amazing experience! You HAVE to try the fried ribs! ?‍? ? chefs kiss! Jacob mixed up some amazing cocktails and kept us entertained while we waited for the band to start! By far best experience while in Nola!

Absolutely loved my waitress. Mad cool chick. So glad they had vegan options. The mushrooms were sooooo good I made a 2nd order but they were out. Vegan crab cake was ok. The grits were the bomb too. My friend said her food was good, but she was thrown off by spaghetti as the Mac n cheese. I would defly go back...actually I tried, but it was closed ? the hours are never what I need on places I can eat at

Was recently in New Orleans for a work trip. I was excited for all the restaurants, but this place was my absolute favorite meal.
I ordered the shrimp and grits and vegan loaded fries, both were phenomenal. My team mates both got the ribs and raved about them.
Beyond the food the live music and service were also stellar.
Will stop through again when I am back!

As vacationers, we wanted something less touristy and a local jazz spot four our foodies. This spot was WELL WORTH the Uber from French Quarter. The food had heart and tasted like magic. The blackened catfish was perfect. We all loved the Jerk fried chicken (new item) and we had the best grits of the trip here. Bacon, cheddar & jalapeño grits --- we should have come earlier in the trip so we could have those a 2nd time.

Highly recommend Sweet Lorraine’s for an authentic New Orleans experience. The chef is amazingly talented and made the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. The bartender asked us a couple of questions and crafted special cocktails for my friend and I. The band was smooth and the singers voice was like velvet.

Fun, neighborhood bar experience.

Was invited to a private event held here and all I can say is…. If the regular menu food is anything like the small portion of food I had…. Mann this was the best NOLA food I had on my birthday trip and wish I could have experience the menu better. That bread pudding was the bomb!! It had corn on top! Mmmmm? and the shrimp and grits with the catfish!!! WOW! Thank you Sweet Lorraine’s!Next time I’m in NOLA this is definitely a stop on my list.The live band was also I hit…. Loved loved loved❤️
