The prices aren’t accurate. Staff is very rude. And takes forever to get snow balls. Waters were advertised as 1 dollar. She charged me 4.24 for two. They weren’t cold. When I asked, they said no refund. Tried to support black business. But I won’t support this one anymore.

Okay, so my overall experience was pretty decent. I ordered 4 items total, spent $22.55, not bad at all. My issue was the lack of change, as in coin change, I broke a $20 for technically $0.55, when i offered the $22 that I had to just avoid confusion, yes it's a $0.45 loss, but instead of you losing out on money you rather I do. Second issue, the wait time, when I arrived, they had maybe 5 or 6 people waiting. I ordered sat and waited 20 minutes before receiving my first item, which ended up being cold, chili cheese hot dog, lol that's ridiculous, secondly, nachos, soggy, cheese cold, and I was getting items 5 minutes apart. Snowballs, one had too little juice on it and the other had too much juice on it & i didn't taste the second flavor, it pretty much tasted like medicine, I'm actually staring at the half of the snowball I didn't finish because it was entirely too sweet. It may be a lack of love in the process now, but my wife, 1 year old, nor did I enjoy the food. I may go back to see if they redeem themselves once more before I say never again.

I was very excited to try this place but customer service was awful. I saw them on tik tok and wanted to try. The girl in there was very dry and we was trying to ask about some things on the menu but she pretty much didn't want to help and gave us a menu. Hope someone has a better experience.
Great food and atmosphere. Truly the best shaved ice and nachos I’ve ever had. Money is definitely worth it for the size. Customer service was amazing and makes you feel welcomed to come back!

Wish I could say it was worth my time but it wasn't even worth the prices. If I'm paying double than the more successful snowball stand across the river I'd expect you to at least be more generous with the juice, my snowball was very dry and also the ice was poorly shaved it had chunks of ice in it. The woman who made my snowball was very obviously forcing a friend interaction and was not genuine. I wouldn't recommend it.

She’s very kind, helpful and has a great spirit. From the time we walked through the door until we left the service was great. This is the type of employee I would love to run my business.
