I was very excited to try this place but customer service was awful. I saw them on tik tok and wanted to try. The girl in there was very dry and we was trying to ask about some things on the menu but she pretty much didn't want to help and gave us a menu. Hope someone has a better experience.

Great food and atmosphere. Truly the best shaved ice and nachos I’ve ever had. Money is definitely worth it for the size. Customer service was amazing and makes you feel welcomed to come back!

Wish I could say it was worth my time but it wasn't even worth the prices. If I'm paying double than the more successful snowball stand across the river I'd expect you to at least be more generous with the juice, my snowball was very dry and also the ice was poorly shaved it had chunks of ice in it. The woman who made my snowball was very obviously forcing a friend interaction and was not genuine. I wouldn't recommend it.

I enjoyed my Cheesecake stuffed snowball. Everything thing was very tasty. The staff at the time was Ms.Dana, I would love to tell you guys a little about her. She’s very kind, helpful and has a great spirit. From the time we walked through the door until we left the service was great. This is the type of employee I would love to run my business. Sweet thangs Nola . I enjoyed my cheesecake snowball. I’ll be back for more and I’ve let my family know what a wonderful place you have. Thanks for the great hospitality.

I spent 70 PLUS dollars on a disgusting, sugar water, overpriced snowball. The customer service was very mediocre and also the build (if you could call it that) was incredibly tiny. I wouldn’t even consider recommending it to anyone, especially on someone with children. I believed it would have been a great experience for my children and I but I was left extremely disgruntled. My six year son was so excited to try it and was unfortunately disappointed. Less than five minutes after trying it he asked me to throw it away because it was too sweet, and disgusting. I would have never thought a snowball would be too sweet for a six year old. I wanted to love it so much and I just genuinely displeased. The only way I could describe the experience is GHETTO. Also after my family and I tried it we each had incredibly painful headaches and nausea. Would not recommend, I think their business is a safety hazard. I watched the women who made our snowballs rinse plastic gloves. And did not change her gloves in the fifteen minutes we waited for our orders to be taken while making several different orders. I would not recommend, please do not waste your money.
The customer service was great, she was so kind and patient with me because I was very indecisive. The crawfish nachos are a must-have, they were delicious!

We visited the N Claiborne location on a rainy day so we were the only customers. This worked in our favor so we could easily get in and get out. We loved our snowballs and the portion size was worth the price. We actually still have a lot left and put it in the freezer. I ordered the Gentilly Cake and my gf ordered the strawberry cheesecake. Both came with an abundance of toppings and syrup. The only complaints I have are: the space is extremely small so only about 4-5 customers can fit indoor at a time and then my other concern was the amount of gnats. I think the space could use a good deep cleaning bc the display case for desserts and countertops were not clean. The floor was also sticky. The owner was very sweet and had a kind temperament.

She moved veryyyy slow, thank God it was only us there because at the pace she was going we would’ve been there forever.Atmosphere: Very very small. I loved the gospel music that was playing. The outside has tables set up, it was a nice setting. Couple tables were dirty no one seemed to be cleaning them so.. We just went back to the car.I like supporting small black businesses, I really do try. I just don’t know…
