Me and my family went here to eat one day on a Trip to New Orleans. We are originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but live in Tallahasse, Fl, so finding a good trini restaurant always reminds us of home. I’ve eaten at Trini/Caribbean restaurants in Miami and Atlanta, but Ms Lisa is the real deal!!!! Food was 10/10. Doubles was 10/10(Cucumber sauce included!). Curry chicken 10/10! I can truly say this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining in. The service was wonderful. Truly kind humans and the food…. Oh man the food! Incredible! Affordable! Outstanding food! Probably the best jerk chicken I've had! Service was okay - could've refilled waters and they didn't get me a receipt, but the owner came and talked and was great. A little generic in the atmosphere, but not bad. Overall would go again, for sure.
