Wow! My wife and I decided we wanted to get away from the city and find a place off the beaten path for breakfast. From the moment we walked in the door, these folks made us feel at home. The service was great and the food was tasty. The short trolley ride and walk were more than worth it.

Friendly vibes and satisfying plates at this worthy brunch joint tucked in a leafy residential neighborhood. The crawfish boudin balls with remoulade were served hot and are easy to share. The hot sausage benedict with poached eggs and fondue sauce on a house biscuit was savory, creamy, and stuffing. Good food only matched by the warm vibes. Kitchen up front in former town house adds charm. Seating inside and out front.

The food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I can’t give this establishment a 5 star is because the server was extremely rude. She acted like we were a burden to her time. She never offered refills and when we requested them she was horribly rude. Truly a shame for such a wonderful place.
