Mid City Yacht Club is a neighborhood bar with a few steps above beer selections and a solid bar menu that's never disappointed. The burgers are creative and always great. The staff here gets things right, and can be won over by being pleasant and tipping well. There are no boats, yachts, or bodies of water nearby. The bar has a pool table, nice outdoor space, and good, reasonably-priced food, making it a hidden gem with great parking. Vegetarian options include a veggie burger, veggie stir fry, hummus and chips, and an 'all good things' hummus plate. The food service is very professional. Loved the wings and the chili cheese fries! The bar has plenty of screens to catch a game and is great for catching up with friends on the back patio.
