I was overcharged and did not receive a receipt. The so-called quesadilla was just a tortilla with a light spread of cheese and barely a couple pieces of chicken. The taco supreme was just a regular taco. But I did receive enough sauce and napkins to last a week.

Gave them one last chance and I’m sorry I did. Won’t be going back to this location ever. I try not to post negative reviews but I’ve had way too many negative experiences here over a decent period of time. Maybe a manager will see this. The customer service has been consistently disrespectful, antagonistic, & rude. I didn’t even place an order this time: got out of the drive thru and spent my money elsewhere.

Had to go inside to order, not a big fan of the new system.
First of all they gave me a regular mountain dew instead of saying they were out of baja blast and I guess just expected me not to notice when they handed it to me. Then with our three separate orders they just mixed it all up into two boxes and we had to ask two separate times to get our hot sauce. The person at the window was rude and reacted like I was making their job harder (literally just asked for a different drink ((and the hot sauce)) because I didn't want the mountain dew they just assumed I wanted) they also wholly forgot our guacamole, sour cream and chips . Whats worse is that we were the only ones there and they asked us to back up to not interfere with their drive through time. Awful service would not suggest go to the Burger king or Popeyes instead. Boo on them fr.

We got the usual: the $7 Combo. It was our first time at this particular Taco Bell, and it was the worst we have ever gotten
Everything we got was semi-cold and stuck to the wrapper, as if our food was made much earlier. The $7 is usually such a good deal and tastes good. It wasn't either this time.
The people were super nice, and the food came out quickly, but we now know why the latter occurred.
They have this new menu board that flashes the total of your order, and it's HUGE and quite unnecessary. They shorted me a chicken nugget and didn't add the extras that I paid for. Then the food wasn't good. It's my fault though, for even having a craving for that crap.

Got soo sick of their cheap tacos. Need new taco places for sure. They put barely anything in them. Mostly lettuce a teaspoon of meat, 6 shreds of cheese. Taste awful too. I make homemade ones once a week now. Satisfies my taco crave.
