Ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, pico and creamy jalapeño sauce. Got to my destination to enjoy my meal and none of the (up charged) modifications were on my quesadilla. Called them back to see if I could have my food remade tomorrow cause I think it’s obvious that I’m not driving 15 mins there and back for something they messed up when I can conveniently get it tomorrow and a manager named Greg and the previous person I spoke to both hung up on me. I love Taco Bell but to experience service like this is just an absolute shame. I had to call 8 times before someone even answered the phone and when I finally got a hold of someone to have them replace my order they all hung up on me. This is just bs and highly disappointing, y’all gotta get it together !

Hands down the best Taco Bell location in New Orleans with the friendliest customer service. Everytime I come here I’ve never waited for more than a few minutes(especially important compared to the fact that every fast food in Nola is exceedingly slow) and the order is always right.

Showed up (after driving 20 minutes) during business hours (11:29pm) on May 22nd and the girl working said they closed early tn and woulent take my order. Don't waste your time with these folks like I did

Went there 3 seperate times, 3 seperate times my order was wrong. I asked for less ingredients (no lettuce/tomatoes). Everytime there were what seemed to be, even more of the Ingredients you'd normally get. The lady at the window was very polite though.

We vist this taco bell several times because my daughter attended school nearby. They ask you to order on the kisos, then they have to refund you your money when they're out of stuff. Once when we visited they were playing and forgot about my food. No apology was given, and the food was cold. I had to ask them to give me fresh food. They even burnt my food and gave it to me. When you ope. The bag you can smell the food was burnt.
ZERO star option is needed for this place…I was told that they don’t sell cheesy roll ups here….a cheesy roll up is literally just a tortilla and cheese. All Taco Bells sell them. I was lied to by an employee while the manager stood by and said nothing. This location takes the terrible service all too common at Taco Bell to a new LOW!
