This establishment was a five minute walk from where I was staying, and I'm happy I made it a destination. I got a shrimp Po Boy, a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo, and an Irish coffee to go.

Everything was good, and the portion sizes were generous. The Irish coffee lived up to its name.

This is a place I would definitely visit again.
The food was and service were great! The staff is incredibly patient and kind. Our waitress Alexandra and the woman who I assume was the manager had to deal with 2 tables of difficult customers around us and they handled it with such grace and smiles.
Great food! Friendly staff! After a long tour of most of the buildings and exhibits in the museum, I needed a snack and some Iced tea! The did have unsweetened iced tea, which was wonderful and considerate. Note to Louisiana restaurants: not everyone wants or can have sweet tea! It is cheap and easy to make and pure profit. Please offer UNSWEETENED strong brewed ice tea!

The Fried Green tomatoes with steamed shrimp was DIVINE! Beautiful plating and so...
