Service was excellent and food was great. Cannot beat the views of the city!!!
1st night at the Higgins and it was rooftop drinks n food to be had!!! Nice views and almost no crowd. Good times

Must-try items include the Lomo Saltado, Creme Brule, and especially the fluffy and delicious beignets, which many customers describe as the best they've had. The casual atmosphere makes it a great spot for date night or gatherings with friends. The staff is amazing and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. The bar area is cool, and seating is comfy. Guests enjoy the unique drinks, including a delicious fruit mocktail and even custom cocktails. The restaurant opens at 4pm, and while it has a short range of hours, the experience is often worth it, especially with views of the sunset and nearby attractions.
The service is praised by customers, with one reviewer describing the staff as "so attentive and hospitable" and making them "feel welcome and taken care of the whole time."
