1st night at the Higgins and it was rooftop drinks n food to be had!!! Nice views and almost no crowd. Good times

Rosie's On The Roof offers delicious food and drinks with a wonderful view. Must-try items include the Lomo Saltado, Creme Brule, and especially the fluffy and delicious beignets, which many customers describe as the best they've had. The casual atmosphere makes it a great spot for date night or gatherings with friends. The staff is amazing and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. The bar area is cool, and seating is comfy. Guests enjoy the unique drinks, including a delicious fruit mocktail and even custom cocktails. The restaurant opens at 4pm, and while it has a short range of hours, the experience is often worth it, especially with views of the sunset and nearby attractions.
