Great Coolinary meal on a quiet Sunday. Food was fun and creative, and worked even when I wasn't initially sure how it would (e.g. Radiatore with mushrooms, trout roe, and seaweed, where the Japanese ingredients gave intense umami I'd normally expect to come through with parmesan). Service was delightful, and the staff were present and friendly without hovering. Meal pacing was quick but not rushed. That balance feels like a rare occurrence these days, and hard to get right on a slow night when it's tempting for front of house to lurk and back of house to clear tickets. The staff also made a great wine recommendation for the radiatore above. We'll definitely be back. We're especially eager to try the hanger steak, artichokes, and basil pasta next time!
Perfect for a date night out on the weekend! Love the bolognese and service went above and behind for allergy needs.
The Bower was outstanding! The reservation process, the check in, the waiters, specially Noah! The food was delicious and the drinks were great specially during happy hour. After dinner we set in the back and had a couple more drinks. Thank you! Will be back for sure.
Atmosphere, food and cocktails were wonderful! Our server was excellent. Highly recommend!
Clean modern restaurant with lovely service and good food. Our server, Alexis was great. The grilled artichokes excellent, a large portion for an appetizer, seasoned well and served with a creamy dipping sauce. The panzanella salad was rich but the crispy (very crispy) croutons added texture to an otherwise creamy dish. We really enjoyed this salad. The stuffies were okay but probably wouldn't order again. The stuffing was mostly bread and we didn't taste much of anything than bread. The hanger steak was ordered medium and served rare, was closer to medium after the second fire. It was tasty. The basil pesto was good. The pasta had a nice bite and flavor. Strawberry shortcake was delicious. The biscuit was warm and had a nice texture that held up to the strawberry filling. Flourless chocolate cake was rich and decadent. Overall I enjoyed this restaurant.
We enjoyed the food, ambience and service. The menu seems limited but it met our needs just fine. Perfect for a date night. Intimate but not too small. Servers were great. Drinks on point.
Definitely an off night for them. Food took a really long time and wasn't great, but staff were friendly and apologetic
Chef is amazing! Fresh in season ingredients, creative and amazing flavor combinations. My new fav restaurant when I am in town!
Food was interesting and delicious. Had the eggplant shrimp and crawfish pasta. Both delicious. Restaurant got a little noisy but service was good. Will go back.
Ambiance was excellent - chic, trendy, adult. Service was fine but totally void of warmth and welcomeness. Food was lovely to look at, but not good - extremely over seasoned, too many ingredients in each dish. Everything on each plate was just “too much”. Based on the food alone, I wouldn't return.

The avocado salad was delightful and the pastas were fresh and yummy. Also, the service was very good - we did not feel rushed but we were never waiting.
Jackson , our waiter was excellent! Tip of his game ! Family Celebration.. love the food, cocktails and vibe ! Consistently delicious
We had a great time at The Bower last night. This was a specific trip, as we went for Lobster Roll Night. The service was EXCELLENT, and the food was delicious. The back bar is gorgeous with its dark walls and lush greenery hanging from the ceiling. I love the inside/outside feel, and appreciate that they're able to leave the back doors open and bring the outside in. I'll definitely return. As tasty as the lobster rolls were, I'd love to try some of the other dishes on the menu. Also, they make a mean Aperol spritz.
We went on a Monday night and ordered some cocktails and food— cocktails and service was great, but the food was not good. We had the yellowtail crudo and it was so bad we couldn't eat it and had to send it back, the lobster Cobb salad and whipped feta app was okay, but forgettable. Two stars for the service and drinks.
I felt it was a bit expensive for portion sizes on most things. The pork belly came with 2 pieces of pork. The chicken parm was a great value though. The spaghetti was slightly underdone. Waitress was fantastic though.
