I have NEVER had someone be so rude to my family and I while ordering some beers. From the moment we walked in the door until we left she had nothing but snarky remarks to make towards us. Would not recommend.

This place was ok. Our bartender didn't have great people skills. We ordered some water to start and were told to "help ourselves" to the water from an Igloo cooler at the end of the bar. I then asked for a food menu and was told to get it from the window on the opposite wall. Only drinks are ordered from the bar and food is ordered from the window on the opposite side. Two charges for one visit. I ordered two burgers, cooked medium, and the Amber Fries. My wife's burger was medium but mine was well-done. The Amber Fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months.
Pros:
Nice Atmosphere
Great beer selection
Pet friendly
Cons:
Bad food
Below average service
Separate orders/charges for food and alcohol

Brutal. Behind the bar, ordering a beer felt like I’d accidentally signed up for a calculus exam. It was broad daylight, not busy, and yet you had enough time to watch an entire episode of Law & Order—maybe even read Crime and Punishment or draft your autobiography while you waited.
And the bartender? Terrifying. Looked like the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket, barking, ‘Do you maggots understand?’ I half-expected her to toss me into basic training. By the time I fetched my wife another beer, I felt like I’d done a full tour of Vietnam.
That said, the courtyard out back? Great vibes. 10/10 would recommend. Just pack a survival kit for the bar.

Overall: I probably wouldn’t go back.
I had to come in and out several times to order and serve myself so I didn’t even get to relax with my group. I had to order and pay for the bar tab and food tab separately which was just inconvenient. I paid $13 for a basic cheeseburger with a frozen patty and it didn’t even come with a side. The staff wasn’t very friendly or attentive.
The only real pro for me was the dog friendly patio where minors are not allowed. And the quesadilla was good and fairly priced.

Went on a weekday afternoon. This place is nasty. Saw three cockroaches crawling around near the taps as we left; pointed it out to the bartender who didn't seem to care or was mildly annoyed that I noticed. The place was dead, and we had to wait around awkwardly at the unattended bar counter for a while to get any service.

Went to this bar for the first time. Walked in and right away I was greeted with a smile by the bartender’s which made me feel welcome. I sat down at the bar and even though it was busy, I got waited on immediately. Bartender Linz was standing in front of me restocking and I asked her about a picture on the wall of Farah Fawcet that was authentic and signed by the actress. Linz was so personable and polite. We began a conversation about kids and family and I felt like I’ve known her for years even though just meeting her. This is how a bartender should treat their customers. Then Linz introduced me to her manager Angie who was sitting at the bar like another customer . Angie moved over and sat next to me talking about her future plans to make this place the best atmosphere in town. I can’t say enough great things about this place but I highly recommend stopping by one day if you are in that area on Magazine Street.

Nice place, we stopped in for a drink before moving along. Indoor bar isn't anything flashy, but the outdoor space is very comfortable.

Not what it used to be, or we were just there on a bad day. Some beer taps were dry. Bar tender was almost rude, place was pretty empty and he didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Had one beer and left.

Place to enjoy a few beers while hanging out with friends and without wanting to watch sports, they have a good screen

Awesome burgers. The Works burger was one of the best I have ever had. The meat was soft and succulent with plenty of tasty toppings. Wonderful selection of beers. Being from England the friendly locals made me feel right at home.
