I’ve never written a review before, but I’m pleased that my first is for here and that it’s a positive one! Just had supper here last night, the service was very friendly but oh my goodness it was the best food I have had in such a long time! My husband and I both had the ‘Chefs Plate’ and both got different items so we could try each others, we will most definitely be going back and may even try brunch hours next time! Thank you a million for making a date night a success!!
Perfect spot for a true New Orleans Brunch. Our server Shawn was fantastic. So kind and helpful. The courtyard feels like you are stepping back in time and the jazz trio is such a special element. The red beans and rice was perfection-the best my husband and I have had and he’s from Louisiana ♥️. Will be back!
This was a really good brunch. 5 stars for turtle soup, seafood pasta, boiled shrimp and fried catfish. The rest of the food was great just not top drawer, in that it was good but ordinary. The entire staff were attentive and flexible when we came an hour ahead of our reservation. The place is both historic and beautiful. Clean and bright. Took a star off because the jazz band played 20 min and left which doesn’t qualify as a jazz brunch to me!
