Food was great. Hot and well made. The bariata was pleasant. Lots of dietary options as well!

There is only one person taking the orders, preparing meals, coffees ? I feel sorry for them, the wait time was long because of it.

Store hours are inaccurate, it’s a late morning on a Monday, but the coffee shop is closed (Google says open).

The frozen coffee was the best I’ve ever had! The food was decent but the atmosphere was great.

We ordered a bagel, croissant, cinnamon roll, and a muffin. She repeated back our order as a banana bread, cinnamon bagel and a blueberry muffin. We corrected it, then paid. Got our receipt and were charged a blueberry scone, bagel, and mango smoothie. She then gave us a “sausage and egg English muffin” which was two cream cheeses in a bag….. I wouldn’t come back. In fact I would warn people to probably not come here.

The food was alright. Very boring and also served in a to go box even though they could see we sat down. The coffee was also made in to go cups.The service wasn’t the best. They went out the back after ordering. So when we needed something we had to yell after them.It was quiet. Not even just a bit music. But the quietness was killed by the coffee machine that was screaming. The barista didn’t know how to use a coffee machine at all. It is NOT supposed to scream when steaming milk. If we weren’t super hungry, we would have walked out the second we heard the screaming?

No one at the counter.

Half the time they do not open on time. The other half the times you might show up and there will be a sign in the door that says closed on a random Wednesday. The poor girl is always working by herself. The only reason for three stars is because the ladies who work here are very nice and polite. However, this business is ran very poorly.

This is my first time to give a comment in the US because I met the best staff in this cafe! She is so nice and patience, I really appreciate her help The cinnamon rolls and latte here are also pretty good! Highly recommend ✨✨ btw Tulane student ID could get a discount!!
