Hands down, best chicken soup ever!
I went mid day and wanted to grab a smoothie. I always love a good healthy smoothie. I think for the one I got, after tip it was between 14-16$, very steep but COGs, paying staff, etc I get it. But then the smoothie itself was the worst I've ever had. Tastes like none of the fruit was ripe, bland, bitter, and depressing. Also the card reader wasn't working well and the cashier shoved my card in so hard it broke my credit card, and then she didn't even acknowledge it, apologize, or anything. Just handed back my broken card and flipped the screen around to ask for a tip (which I still gave her cuz I'm industry)
Anyway, this whole experience was a huge bummer and I do not reccommend.
This place is entirely underrated. It can be hard to get quick meals with my allergies and values regarding food. This Green Fork was perfect. The ingredients in the smoothies, juice, and prepped meals were obviously fresh and high quality. No unnecessary fillers, preservatives, or refined sugar. I got the butternut squash chili and ate it with some chips. It was very filling and comforting. I also tried the kindness smoothie, and I got a few other soups and juices. This is real, safe food that makes me feel good. I normally just have to eat at home. Try them if you're gluten or soy-free.
Was looking for a healthy option.
Just got off the plane coming from Charlotte.
Was starving for something clean!
Google this place and grab a RTE meal
Outta the fridge.
Talk about filling, big chucks of chicken, yellow squash spaghetti and spinach w/ this magical green stuff. I was forking the food and dipping into that Green Magic STUFF! Great Food!!

This place was yucky for me
With a Dusty store
Food not labeled with expiration dates & tasted old & stale from the fridge
Like many others have said I found the service to be dismissive
& the watery smoothie had to be choked down only because I payed so much for it
I’d not recommend anyone try this place

In from out of town and stopped in the Green Fork. I approached and placed my order to which the lady rudely replied “Well good morning!” Um ok. My smoothie was hard to choke down but I paid $13 for this 16 oz thing so I did. Also, if you have seating areas you should have a bathroom. Lazy interior. Take some tips on service and decor from your neighbor at Beggars Banquet. Just didn’t get a nice feeling at this over priced juice booth.

I picked up a Blake Bowl for lunch. It was delicious and ready fast! New Orleans doesn’t have a lot of healthy salad options but this hit the mark! It’s was colorful, nutritious, and delicious. I’ll go back again and again.

Green Fork in New Orleans is a true gem! From the moment you step in, you're welcomed by the warm and friendly faces of Stephany, the owner, and Gabby, who works the counter. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, making every visit a delightful experience.
Their food is nothing short of amazing. The killer salads are fresh and flavorful, and their soups, like the red beans and rice and chicken turkey gumbo, are simply to die for. Don't even get me started on their smoothies and juices—they're out of this world!
If you're looking for a healthy, delicious meal in New Orleans, look no further than Green Fork. Highly recommended!

As someone who has been managing 3 autoimmune diseases for decades, Stephanie's warm, welcoming NOLA spot was exactly what I needed after Jazz Fest 2024 to get my health back on track. Delish and varied gluten-free, no simple sugar meals and snacks. Wonderful fresh juices and dairy-free coffee alternatives.

Great for a quick and healthy pick up meal. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well as healthy carnivore options. They do have seating outdoors if you wanted to eat there.

Great little spot for lunch. I had the raw cheesecake, which tasted incredible! The group bought some lunch bowls, which were a bit on the costly $15 side, but tested good. Not too much dining space inside the cafe, but sat on their benches outside.I also grabbed some vegan chocolate treats!

This spot was so refreshing after a week in NOLA eating nothing but fried food. The smoothies were delicious and they offer a variety of “shots” for immunity. My only complaint is that the smoothies are a bit on the high side. For two smoothies (no add ons) and a shot we ended up paying $30+. However it is clear they source quality ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free everything!
