My wife & I had breakfast there. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious. We had the Green Thumb Bowl and scrambled eggs with grits along with a toasted bagel.

Great experience, great meal. Started off with amuse-bouche, focaccia and butter. Had the Burrata for appetizer, and filet mignon as main course. Really flavorful and expected. For dessert, had the poached pear with ice cream which was wonderfully not too sweet and great way to end the meal. Had the iced tea which was unsweetened, ask for sweetener because it was slightly bitter. Waiter was Volt who was attentive, knowledgeable and amazing. He gave us a pallet cleanser at the end and also scones to take home. Great meal.

Great service, breakfast is always great

Excellent ambiance; peaceful and elegant. Portion sizes of dishes leave something to be desired. Read: skimpy! The foie gras torchon was excellent, but that limited amount for $27! The lobster “thermador” was tasty, but small for $35, and not prepared in the classic form. The salmon filet was perfectly cooked and reasonable in size. My duck breast pieces were overcooked, the portion size was misery, and the pomegranate reduction sauce was not properly executed. I have done a much, much better job on such a dish in my home kitchen. In summary, variable execution and overly small portions. Definitely not a value proposition, despite the elegant surroundings.

we came to Windsor Court for our 50th wedding anniversary. It's been 20 years since we've been here, but remember it fondly. The hotel itself was still excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. we figured we should have a wonderful meal and just enjoy being in the hotel. So we went to the grill room where we had eaten several times before and really enjoyed our meals. They were special. This time, for our 50th wedding anniversary, my wife had what she felt was perhaps the worst restaurant meal she ever had. The food was so salty that it couldn't be eaten. I had a bite and the salt taste was so overpowering. I didn't finish my meal either. honestly, the short rib dish that she ordered had nothing going for it. Even the presentation was shabby. The staff there were very polite and concerned. They didn't charge us for the meal, but the whole experienced really turned us off to eating out for this special event. again the hotel itself was nice, and we made the best of it. But unfortunately, the meal is what we will always remember from our 50th wedding anniversary trip to New Orleans.

Very good lunch, their entree plus three was good, but entree its self was quite small. Five dollar martinis were fantastic! Most of all the service was incredible. This is a place I'd come well dressed even for lunch.

Definitely one of my "go to" spots for both business and personal. Quality service, food that tastes great, plating that looks appealing and a menu with variety. Prices are surprisingly lower than one would expect.

Kenneth was one of the best servers we have ever had. A true hospitality gem, as well as the hostess (we didn’t get her name) but she was lovely to start off. Food was very good as well! Crawfish Benedict was perfectly executed and played beautifully. Lox wasn’t just salmon thrown on a bagel, it was nicely rolled and laid on with an avocado mousse that was spot on, even the capers were put on the bagel well. Cheese grits had the right amount of cheese and seasoning. Fine dinning for a very fair price. And the atmosphere is as New Orleans as it gets. It’s a must stop spot if you are in town.

Service and food is always excellent but there were no menu options this night Only the one prepared for Valentine. The food was very different and not to our palette and a bit over priced. Our server was excellent explaining the different dishes and of course we will return To the Windsor Grill Room our favorite place!

My husband and I went to lunch for Valentine's Day. We had a perfect and relaxing lunch. We enjoyed cocktails before and after lunch. We were not rushed out. Our waiter, Kenneth, was excellent. I am telling everyone how nice Windsor court treats it's customers.
