Definitely ruined my 2024 thanksgiving!
My daughter arrived the evening before Thanksgiving to pick up a boneless turkey order that I placed the day before. When my daughter arrived home I opened up the container and I immediately thought they gave me the wrong order. Reason being is because the turkey was pink as if it was ham!!!! It was hard and rubbery at the same time. I will rather eat from a crackhead on canal street before I order from here again.

Went to the Doctor's office in the mall where thie store is located. Got 2 of their sandwiches and they were delicious! Staff was friendly and accommodated my request to mark the sandwich w/o pickels. While the sandwiches aren't cheap, they ARE worth every penny! Will be back again soon!

Amazing service! You’ll feel right at home!

Walked in on 11/22 @ 12:45 to order a sandwich for lunch. After standing in line with nobody in front of me and 4 employees chatting it up, one employee finally asked if they could help. I said yes I’d like to order a ham sandwich lunch. After a long pause and all four employees looking at each other I was told they are no longer serving sandwiches. Who runs this location? Please look into your employees! Will never go back and spread the word as much as I can. When I walked in another customer was walking out with a lunch sandwich.

Service was fast and really friendly; the sandwiches I ordered were delicious (the chicken salad and ham classic); definitely one of my new places to grab lunch; also the store had a lot of other items I plan on trying!

Stopped in to pickup ham by the pound. Clerk could not have been lovelier or friendlier. What a gem!

It would be highly recommended letting customers know if you're no longer doing lunch and sandwiches before they get in line. Especially for those who may be on the clock with limited time options.

If your sleeping on this place your loosing out. The best sandwiches made to order. Make it a combo and grab some potato salad and a canned drink. Punch card and the 10th sandwich is free. There is not enough good things I can say about this place. Grab a Ham Grab some sides Grab a sandwich ... Grab it all.

Last time I stop here. They mess up my orders a few times. The other times forget toaste my sandwich. So they decided to toasted with the lettuce and tomatoes on it. That makes it soggy. I'm just going to be going back to subway, where it cheaper and I could watch them make my food right. This place not worth it anymore
