The Melting Pot

Marcus was our server for our family gathering. All but 2 of our group of 7 had never done fondue. He was a trooper handling us. Food & atmosphere was great.

This is a dining experience you shouldn't miss! Keep in mind, the food is served raw and you cook it in the fondue pot yourself. Thats the point of fondue. Plan on taking your time to enjoy it because its amazing!

This has always been my favorite place. When you go be prepared for a journey of succulent tastes for the palette. The owner Ray takes a personal approach to making your experience great for those who know about the fondue experience with a taste of “Who Dat” New Orleans flavor. A must for tourism and locals to get an experience that you can't get anywhere else! Great job Ray and staff (Marcus and Margo)!

Absolutely horrible experience. It took 30 minutes for my waiter to come to my table once I was seated and there were only 2 other parties currently in the restaurant. After my order was taken, it took another 30-40 minutes to get my first course. During this time I had to go to the bar myself and get another drink as my waiter was no where to be found. He then blamed me for kicking the stove plug in from the wall (which was 100% plugged in) and started cussing at the bartender for getting my beer. Overall just a horrible experience for the price you pay to eat here. I've ate at many of these and this is by far the worst service I've ever received.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Me and my fiancée get to the restaurant and we didn't know we'd need a reservation so it'd be a 30 minute wait. That was fine it's not the restaurants fault. But the host waited 20 minutes to put my name into the system so we had to wait 15-20 more minutes and then a couple walks in 5 minutes after we put our name in the system and they didn't have reservations either because i overheard them put their names in. They were sat 10 minutes before us. When we were FINALLY sat, we had 6-10 waiters walk past us for 15 minutes multiple times. I waked out without even getting to order a DRINK. A DRINK! For this caliber of a restaurant it was unacceptable for our experience. I'm very disappointed in the melting pot.
