The hotel charged an incidental fee to my husbands debit card of $200 after they could not figure out how to charge it to his company amex card. He checked out of the hotel on April 7th, as of today May 4th the fee has not been taken off our account and is still pending. After spending 30+ minutes on the phone with customer service they could see the pending fee and let us know it was released on April 20th and that we would probably see it removed soon.
