Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely amazing. I had the crab eggs Benedict, beignets and veggie beverage. Great service and outstanding food. 
I've been to a lot of hotel restaurants before, but Fountain Lounge is surprisingly one of the best I've been to and the staff really do seem to care.
The quality of the food is very good here and I dare say the prices are mostly comparable to similar sit-down restaurants in NOLA.
They also seem to have a good kitchen staff and/or a good chef leading them, because food here is consistently good. And if there's any issues, the venue has been very good at taking care...read full review

I just love this hotel, and even in a city like New Orleans with its incredible food scene, I sometimes prefer to just go here. The Fountain Lounge is both a beautiful space and a great restaurant. I've tried many different items on the menu and have enjoyed it all. One of the things that really stands out, though, is their team. The service here is excellent. I particularly thank Duc and Hadrian and Chassidy (and there is someone else I'm forgetting whose name starts with a T!)...read full review

Surprising beignets served for an anniversary were considered some of the best ever. Service varies, but when good, it is excellent—servers like T are charming and attentive, and the staff at the bar are friendly and hospitable. Charmaine is especially attentive and friendly, making guests feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting and lively, making the lounge a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, the restaurant can be inconsistent, with some issues like unreliability in food service and closing early on some days, which can be frustrating. Despite these issues, the Fountain Lounge remains a popular spot, especially for its fried chicken and warm environment.
