The hotel is amazing during the holiday season but the question you want answered is: Is the original Sazarac cocktail worth $22? It was well crafted, and delicious, but there are lots of other places with an equally good Sazerac for under $15. You are paying for the experience morethan anything.
Had to go have a sazerac at the place named after the drink. We didn't stay in the hotel, but it looked beautiful. We were lucky and got seats at the bar. Our bartender was kinda cranky and didn't speak a word to us. Drink was good though. We also met some super nice people who were sitting near us which is always fun. Cocktails were $22 just sayin.
thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and wish i could remember the name of our kind waiter who switched out a drink for us that wasn’t to our liking.
