The musicians that play here are absolutely amazing. I wish we had more stuff like this back home.
The spotted cat has been one of my favorite bars since in the city. For a long time, the musicians that play there are epic. The bartenders are quick and I've always had an amazing time there
Loved the music and atmosphere. The Portobello Dream was incredible! We also heard Jenavieve and the Winding Boys who were amazing!!

Great place with a very pleasant atmosphere. Live jazz music creates a vibrant and cozy vibe. The place is lively, with plenty of people enjoying the evening. There’s also an additional bar in the backyard, which adds to the charm. Prices are reasonable — definitely worth a visit.
Awesome place to enjoy all genres of music. Mostly go there for the jazz bands. They do have some other folk music that they’ll play from some bands. it’s not really our thing but they are very talented musicians and definitely worth a visit on those days. All in all it’s definitely a place you’ll wanna check out when you’re in the big easy
Great live music fun atmosphere
I had a great time the two days I came to The Spotted Cat, great music, good service, extremely good ambience. Fully recommend it.
Dropped in after a walk, live band was playing, nice little spot, friendly service, good pours of gin.
The band playing was fantastic to listen to. We enjoyed our experience there.
Restaurantji Recommends
Enjoyed the outdoor patio at the back, although music from the club was hard to hear since there was also music from the place next door. Bartender was great, but with only 2, the wait is a bit long. Music was OK when we arrived, with later bands that were really good.
Inside was loud, so we sat outside. Music was superb👌
Awsome music on the Frenchman St. An option that should be included on the list of places to listen to good music in New Orleans. Worth every penny.
