You want dogs to serenade you at 2 am, 4 am and any random times of day and night? This is your place! Forget peaceful/quiet ownership? Definitely this is it! The management of this property as well as O….deon. I actually had to deal with a situation of a barking dog for 6 months. All hours of day and night.Other neighbors complained as well. The manager at that time wrote a letter that I had to present to my work/school explaining that they are aware of noise complaints of the dog and they are working on it. That was in November, and this madness continued way into March. My stationed car was hit by another resident as well. I had to pull cameras and then leave a note about my car being hit by the resident. Was nice about it, but still I have to pay for a brand new car, to be repaired while supposedly being safe, in their garage. I believe the owners there are amazing but who manages rentals are not at the level needed for this building. And let’s not mention the broken glass seals in the windows, I believe they’re at 5-ish in my unit. It’s throughout the whole building. Hurricane central but who cares about windows right? Building has nice amenities and if you rent do it directly through the owner, they have more say and power. I believe the owners parted ways with the them recently but they still run rentals. Would I rent again through them? On April 1st.
A building like The Standard should be represented by an in house Realtor with strong ethics and integrity. In my opinion the in house leasing agent Lisa was quite the opposite. In 2021 unethical discriminatory behavior should be called out and not accepted as business as usual.
A prominent building like The Standard should have an in house Realtor with the highest ethics and integrity. My experience with Lisa the in house leasing agent was quite the opposite. After days of follow up Lisa told me over the phone my application had been “lost in the shuffle” and the unit was no longer available. I wonder how many other minority Mexican American applicants have had their applications lost in the shuffle by this agent? In 2021 unethical discriminatory behavior must be called out and not accepted as business as usual.

These condos are incredible. Best condo development in New Orleans. It feels like I am in Vegas, Hollywood or New York City when I am in this building

Great location, quick walk to the saints games!!!!!!!
So excited for Morris Adjmi to bring his sophisticated style home to New Orleans. I also really appreciate The Standard's local focus with things like using locally sourced walnut cabinetry in all their kitchens. Can't wait to see what businesses they bring to the area via their first floor retail space too.
