Came here on a Saturday night during our visit to NoLa. The bartenders were great and fairly efficient considering the lines at the bar. We ordered a couple of cocktails and the spicy chicken over grits and fries. The chicken was nice and crispy and had a kick which made the whole dish enjoyable for a late night app. There was no line when we came in, but when leaving there was a line waiting to get in. The food came out really quickly which was surprising considering how busy...
In a neighborhood where you can get by playing it safe or tying yourself to a gimmick, they decided to be bold and creative in their menu. While not everything will appeal to everyone, everyone will find something that rises like an underdog fighter to electrify them.
