Vic’s Kangaroo Cafe has bugger all Australian about. The closest thing in Vic’s that I could discern as Australian was the choice of a Cooper’s Pale Ale or a Sparkling Ale and the microwave heated Shepard’s Pie that came out in a cardboard container on a paper plate. Unfortunately, Vic’s had run out of Tomato Sauce so it was spud pie sans dead horse.\n\nIt was explained to me later by a local hospitality worker that Vic’s is really just a hospitality industry hang...
So I’ve been coming to this bar for years and finally it’s back to what I remember. The girl that always was drunk is gone and the employees that are there now are GOLD. Every time I recommend this bar it’s because of their service alone! Tyler, David, Jarion and Jude are all amazing and always go above and beyond to remember names and give superb service. These employees make this bar what it is. I will always recommend this bar for their drinks and their good late night...
I really wanted to like this place. Staff have been nice if a little surly. Vibe is neat. But BOTH of my beers were completely warm and flat. After I asked for a new one, the next different beer was obviously flat too but at that point i didn’t want to bring it up as I don’t like conflict.
