Brynn, was our server and she was on it. She did a great job. She was fun to talk to. Very prompt and attentive.
Don't waste your money. I ordered pick up for lunch, Spinach and Artichoke dip that was literally less than half full. I called and spoke to a manager who was rude, and said that's how it comes, yet I've had it several times while dining in and know the difference. I hate that I wasted my lunch money for 2 oz of dip...

So we’re from out of town. To start the place is like any sports bar. Loud. TVs on. Chatty atmosphere, that’s not an issue.
The food was our issue. We ordered three of the Starred menus items. The fried alligator, crawfish and fried shrimp Pasta and the Louisiana sampler with fried shrimp, catfish, hush puppies and waffle fries.
The fried alligator was delicious and left high hopes for the rest of the food. But everything else was disappointing. Catfish texture was like freezer burned..? The pasta was very bland. 12$ for a beer that was meh. And the Bloody Mary was fine. Cute presentation.
All in all roughly $100 for a rather disappointing quality of food.
Probably better off with a burger when you go. Just left feeling irritated we spent more than it felt worth.

I stopped in for some quick takeout for my wife. It was quick, reasonably priced, and came with a smile. The boneless wings and sauces were great as well. Tender and juicy!

We went there Thursday night before the game and Saturday night before we went home it was great. First time in new Orleans, the food we got was awesome and the service was fantastic. If your staying at the hyatt on loyola it's a 5 to 10 minute walk and you won't regret it I promise!

They were slam packed and we still had great service, our orders were perfect and the food was fantastic. The place itself is huge and able to accommodate a lot of people. They also have many flavors to choose from w margaritas which is a super bonus. We were very impressed. The waitresses we interacted with were happy and calm and laid back but moved quickly and worked as a team. It's a good place to check out.

The burger and fries were delicious. I think everyone at my table was happy with the food. Service was slow and overall blah. I mentioned it was my son's birthday and not even a courteous "hbd" was extended. I would not say the food was so good that I could overlook unfriendly, slow service. We probably would've stayed longer and ordered more drinks but we were all annoyed by our dirty plates and empty glasses.
