Went for the first time and the cashier seems as if she really didnt want to be bothered. Once we got our food we only had about 10 fries. My husband asked is this all the fries he get and she said I dont know Im not cooking. Im not returning.

Got the $10.99 5pc wing combo with Cajun ranch fries , then made all the food fit into a small black container . I only got literally 8-9 French fries , I proceeded to ask the cashier is this all I get and she nonchalantly said “ I don’t know I’m not the one back there making it”. I frequent here every time I come from Alabama and I can proudly say this I will never be back again !

Food was great atmosphere was OK! Service and attitudes were definitely a no go. We came to visit the city of New Orleans from Opelousas as we had never been here. They definitely did not make us feel welcome Snobby attitude and then they do not allow refills! What dine in restaurant does not allow drink refills? I know that if I come to New Orleans again to avoid this restaurant.

Was looking for a bite to eat before the Primus show at the Saenger and luckily this place was open. Everything was juicy and freshly cooked but the chicken kinda needs a sauce cuz it's not very well seasoned on its own

Saturday night at 10 pm and they were out of all drinks. Its very difficult to eat hot wings with no drink..... wings were small, cornbread was dry. Either an off day or this place has started falling off..

I’ve eaten here before, on my first visit to the city. I was so in love with the food that I came twice during the visit. I came back this time and brought a friend only for them to charge us for food we didn’t even receive because they didn’t communicate between the kitchen and counter staff.
We ordered the special, Chicken, fish, cornbread and Fries. We paid only then for us to be told they had no fish. They gave us a small order of shrimp, then told us there’s not cornbread. They didn’t supply us with a substitute. The wings are MUCH smaller this time (not very meaty), fries weren’t seasoned, and neither were the shrimp. (They apparently were out of the seasoning as well.)
This just wasn’t a good experience overall.

Placed my order at 11:41pm and the food was to be delivered via Uber Eats to the hotel that I was staying at 12:19am. Rec'd a text message stating Icis was headed to the restaurant to pick up my order but instead my order was mysteriously canceled and I rec'd a text msg to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant and no answer! The website says the restaurant does not close until 1:30am. Refund me my money just like you canceled my order...EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! Terrible customer service!!

I went there and ordered the five wings and fish with fries and cornbread. I asked the lady at the counter if the fish was catfish and she lied and said it was Grooper fish. I ordered to go and when j got back to my hotel the wings were under cooked and she forgot my cornbread and the gosh was swai not Grooper. This place Sucks and I would not patron here ever again. It was not even crowded so how do you mess up an order as trivial as wings and fish and cornbread and fries. I will let everyone i know about this lousy lying establishment.
