We had the French Dip sandwich - it was loaded with tender delicious roast beef with an au jus that was flavorful and not too salty. The coleslaw was fresh with a light and slightly sweet dressing. The muffuletta 1/2 sandwich was huge! Again stuffed with meat, cheese and olive salad which was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this deli!

Was looking for an authentic muffuletta and found it at Welty’s. Fresh bread with a nice crunch and the sandwich was properly dressed. You will definitely want to have an appetite as the portion is large. They have been added to my list of places to stop at the next time I’m in town.

Everything is excellent. Food is high quality and tasty!! Service is excellent! And place is VERY clean and all well maintained.

They were patient and listened to all my questions and requests. The condiment bar is extensive, and clean.

I had a pastrami Ruben and it was excellent!!

I will definitely come back with friends.

Stopped in yesterday found it by accident and I'm glad I did the best shrimp salad i've ever had. I know now when I come to New Orleans I def found me a new spot. Service was great. Off the beaten path was filling and def hit the spot. Just down home good food.

Hidden gem inside the St. Charles Place. Delightful owner greeted us with open arms and served us the best muffuletta sandwich. There’s a nice little balcony you can eat on if the weather’s nice. Don’t miss this great sandwich shop and deli!

Stopped in to get some greens, stayed for the amazing sandwiches! Excellent service; the workers were all very friendly. Plenty of seating and a comfortable atmosphere. Wish we had a deli like this back home!
