This is a new one for me. I have never been literally ignored by employees before, but I pulled into the drive-thru and waited about 5 minutes before I gave up and figured I could just go inside. I went inside, and was proceeded to be ignored for another extended period, I tried to interact with the employees, but they clearly weren't interested. I had another customer come in after me, which they proceeded to help instead of me, and when I try to ask the continue to ignore me. Make of that what you will, but it's bad Optics to engage with one type of customer and not another.

Their were only " 3 " people working, and I think their objective is to run the place into the ground. Slow and very bad service with attitude, cold food ( how do you get cold food at a fast food restaurant ? Well, this one found a way to make it happen . Talk about poor management, how about careless management. Go find a different Wendy's. This one is the worst of the worst. This is a Racist establishment .

I don’t normally go out of my way to write bad reviews but I had no money, a few hundred points in my mobile app. I ordered one sandwich and when I got there to pick it up, they told me somebody else picked it up…..so they just gave away my ordered to somebody else without checking a receipt and they didn’t even compensate by getting me a new one even though I was the one with the real receipt and they looked at me like I was stupid. Sorry excuse for service.

Waited in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes and was never addressed, When I finally got to the pay window, I was also ignored. The location was not busy, and there were 2 cars before me that were served. I would have been cool, if someone would have simply said "one moment, please",or something similar.

Poor service, didn't refund my order when I received the wrong food twice for the same order. I was really polite and patient, but the employees were clearly in upheaval.

I went to Wendy's and Ms Mary sucks .she has no respect shouldn't be a manger.the food was cold drink taste like they don't clean the hoses the drink come out of.the floors are nasty.bathroom smells like shut and pass everywhere. The place needs a whole make over .I would never go back here.this place is nasty service and all.

If you want to consistently not get your order right, have cold food or old food. Come to this wendys. I live very close to this wendys and everytime I get the feeling to give it another chance. They burn me again. Consistently getting orders wrong, cold fries, sandwiches that look like they sat under a heat light for hours. This wendys makes me hate all wendys. I would clean out the whole staff starting with manager and then employees because clearly no one cares here. This time spending 40 dollars to get home and find out half my order is missing. I'm done with this wendys and potentially all wendys.
